If you need to change your interface language or set a new password go to the home page: https://www.orbit.com/
Once on the home page, you can choose "Forgot password" and enter your email address to receive a password reset link. This will allow you to change your password.
You can also change the interface language by selecting the corresponding flag at the bottom of the page. Orbit Intelligence is available in English, French, Chinese, Japanese or German.
Tips:
- Passwords should be at least 12 characters long, and include at least 1 numeric character, 1 Upper case letter, and one special character.
- Some users do not have passwords, or have special SAML connection pages such as YOURCOMPANY.orbit.com
Alternatively, you can also change your password when you're already logged in by accessing the User Settings menu. The User settings menu can be accessed from the any screen, after logging in, from the upper right hand side of the screen using the human icon's pulldown menu. Click into User settings.
Once your in the User settings screen, scroll down to Change password and update your password by filling in the fields.
