Welcome on Orbit Intelligence. Prior your first connection, please define a password and select your language.
If you need to change your interface language or set a new password go to the home page: https://www.orbit.com/
Once on the home page, you can choose "Forgot password" and enter your email address to receive a new password reset link. If you experience "bad ticket" error message, we advice yo clear your cache and cookies, or use a different browser to follow password creation link.
You can also change the interface language by selecting the corresponding flag at the bottom of the page. Orbit Intelligence is available in English, French, Chinese, Japanese or German.
Tips:
- Passwords should be at least 12 characters long, and include at least 1 numeric character, 1 Upper case letter, and one special character. This policy may have been made stricter by your Orbit administrators.
- Some users do not have password, or have special SAML/SSO connection pages such as yourcompany.orbit.com . Please contact your administrators or Helpdesk when Orbit refuses to create a password for your account.
Alternatively, you can also change your password when you're already logged in by accessing the User Settings menu.
Then you have on the left-hand side the Change Password section:
