引用检索

引用选项卡：在结果列表的右侧：

“引用”选项卡包含专利家族或专利申请的所有引用：

• 被引用的专利家族 
• 施引专利家族
• 被引文献  
• 标准收录家族

贴士：如果未显示“引文”选项卡，请通过顶部右侧的“ +”按钮将其选中：

• 引用选项卡显示概要部分，您可以在其中一目了然：
• 被引用的专利家族和施引专利家族的总数，包括USPTO拒绝详细信息，这些均已超链接（如可用）
• 这个家族是否引用了非专利文献（NPL）
• 该家族是否已在标准中被引用（标准收录专利– SEP）

被引用/施引的专利/专利家族

引用选项卡中每个被引用/施引的专利提供以下信息：

• 公开号
• 首次申请日
• 专利权人
• 引用来源
• 类别代码（当可用时）
• 标题

对于美国专利，还提供通往USPTO根据拒绝代码（102, 103, DBL, 101）的审查员文件， 单击”详情“中的超链接将打开一个带有PDF的窗口。

结果列表

在结果列表中，您可以从结果集合中（至多选择80000条）检索被引用或施引的专利或同时检索两者：

被引用：所选家族中至少一名成员引用该专利

施引：专利引用了至少一个所选家族的成员

“高级引用检索”提供更具体的引用分类选项，包括：

• 自引用或非自引
• 无引用方限制 （审查员、申请人、第三人）
• 新颖性或显而易见性驳回理由代码 （X, Y, I, 102, 103）

分类代码

EPO Examiner citation categories: 

• X : Particularly relevant if taken alone (lack of novelty or lack of inventive step)
• Y : Particularly relevant if combined with another document in the same family (non-obviousness)
• A : Technological background (no objection of lack of novelty or inventive step)
• O : non-written (e.g. oral) disclosure
• P : Intermediate document (published after priority date but before filing date of the application; used in combination with X, Y, A (e.g. XP)
• T : Theory or principle underlying the invention
• E : Earlier patent document, but published on, or after, the filing date
• D : Document cited in the application
• L : Document cited for other reasons
• Other : No relevancy code

USPTO Examiner citation categories

• 102 : Non-novel subject matter
• 103 : Obvious subject matter
• DBL: Double patenting, claim is anticipated or obvious in view of another claim in a separate patent filed by the same applicant
• 101 : "subject matter eligibility" or "Alice" rejection, claims relate to a type of invention that is ineligible for patent protection
