Questel is commited to implement in our software various AI technologies to deliver advanced features.

The current AI components include:

• A locally installed AI model for audio-to-text transcription
  • Use: input user searches
• A locally installed, specialised large language model (LLM) for the search functionalities
  • Use: Sophia search - Coming soon
• OpenAI’s language models, accessed via their API, for a range of other AI-powered features (terms & conditions)
  • Nota: Alibaba’s Qwen models, accessed through Alibaba’s API, specifically for customers in China and Russia.

  • Most AI features like Claims explanations
