Administrator - Sharing User fields

User fields can be shared with all users in the company.

When you create a user field, it is available only to you and the administrator.
User fields can be a great addition to your company workflow and an important way to standardize patent review processes.

To share user fields with other people in the company, you must be an administrator.


You can share a user field only at the group level. All the users in this group will have access once granted. Simply select Privileges at the group level, then choose the permission level for these users: No access, Read only or Read Write. Once you select Apply, the actions will be saved.
